We ship from Sydney, Australia. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from purchase.
Australian Shipping
- Standard Shipping — $13 AUD flat rate, 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping — $25 AUD flat rate, 1–3 business days
- Free Standard Shipping — complimentary on orders over $250 AUD
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. Sign up to the NOORÉ newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day where possible. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier’s website to follow your parcel.
Delivery
All parcels require a signature on delivery. If no one is available, your carrier will leave a card with instructions to collect your parcel from your local depot.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email info@noore.net.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
