- Order information: name, billing & shipping address, email, phone number, order history.
- Payment information: processed directly by Shopify Payments / our payment gateway. We never see or store full credit card details.
- Account information: if you create an account, your saved addresses and order history.
- Marketing information: email address (if you opt in to our newsletter or popup discount), plus marketing preferences.
- Analytics: aggregated browsing data via Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel — IP address, device type, pages visited, referring URL.

3. Who We Share It With

- Shopify — ecommerce platform & payments
- Shipping carriers (Australia Post, Aramex, etc.) — to deliver your order
- Email service providers (Shopify Email, Klaviyo) — for transactional & marketing email
- Analytics providers (Google, Meta) — anonymised browsing data only
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Our products are designed for girls aged 9–16. The website is intended for use by adults (parents/guardians) who purchase on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
