Returns & Refunds

We hope you love every NOORÉ piece, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sizing, subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must still be attached
• Item must not show signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing selection
• Preference or style choice

Refunds are only offered if an item is found to be faulty, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item.

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the fault or incorrect item

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

If the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, customers may be offered:

• A replacement item (subject to availability)
• A store credit
• A refund to the original payment method

For faulty or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by NOORÉ.


How To Return

Email us at info@noore.net.au within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Please send returns using a tracked postage service.


Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Items marked Final Sale


Late Returns

Returns received outside the 14-day return period may be refused at our discretion.
